Overall, this project was a straightforward build that was able to be completed in a productive time frame. The building incorporated two loading docks, a large canopy, and a cantilevered office space.

The project involved an effective architectural design that created a significant exterior impact.  The pre-cast concrete panels were created with a fin mould form liner to obtain this ridging effect.  This medium weas contrasted with a detail box around the façade made from stainless steel panels.
