The double story medical facility construction consisted of the following key components and considerations: Construction of the new multi-faceted medical centre that included consulting suites that included: Radiology, Pharmacy Dispensary, Specialist suites (x10 suites), Pain Management, Pathology, Dentistry, Urgent care and also a food kiosk with a commercial kitchen. Internal courtyard area on level one that required coordination and pre planning to ensure the materials were able to be delivered. Traffic Control – the Medical Centre is based on Scoresby Rd which is a Semi Arterial Road – this was managed to ensure no site delays or safety incidents. The medical centre is in front of an existing hospital that had to remain operational throughout the build. Rossiter’s seamlessly coordinated operations to maintain access for all personnel and patrons to the hospital.
